MPT

The main purpose of MPT MC is primarily to reach out to all levels of motoring enthusiasts within Singapore and even Asia. With strong emphasis on taking motor racing away from the streets into a safe and conducive environment, MPT MC will provide its members the “know-how” by means of conducting not just regular race events and competitions locally and internationally but to organize driving clinics, advance driving courses, interest specific competitive courses, technical courses and many more.

MPT MC will introduce, organize and implement activities, which will encourage members and their families to network, interact and socialize. Members can look forward to a host of exciting activities like drive away holidays, factory visit trips, golfing trips/ challenges, workshops, seminars, competitions and many more.

MPT MC’s has ready scheduled events like the MPT Auto Carnival, Gymkhanas, Karting, Family Drive-Away, Sprint/Supersprint, Driving clinic, Drifting clinic, Sound Challenge, Auto-styling, Time Attack, Race Queen/Prince/Princess Search and more in the pipeline.

MPT MC also encourages younger members to join as there many really young ones (as young as 4years old) already competing in events like Junior Go-Karting and Formula Fun Prix.

On the soc ial side of things, the Club meets at the Marina Leisure Club every week (formerly known as Ponggol Marina). At these meetings a wide variety of events are held during the year including show casing past videos, simulator racing, quiz nights, table top rallies, remote control model cars, and of course just turn up and mingle! Outside the regular meetings, social functions such as pubmocs, barbecues etc will be organized, and each year the Club will be organizing an Annual Dinner where there will be Award Presentations for the years’ achievements by its dear members.

New members are always welcome to the Club. You do not have to be a regular competitor to be a part of the Club, let alone use its facilities; many of our members have joined simply to enjoy motor sports outside of the driver’s seat or even just wanting to lend a hand in event operations with the club’s wide range of events. An experience of what it is like being behind the scene for races.
